How to Qualify

Our current program offers free surgery and digitally custom-printed  temporary teeth, which can cost up to $70,000 for upper and lower teeth.  The only cost you'll need to cover is the anesthesiologist, which  typically ranges from $5,000 to $8,500. To determine if this procedure  is suitable for you, we'll require your photos and x-rays. Our  non-profit foundation covers the surgery and implants, but you must  commit to having the final restorations made either by us or a local  dentist within one year as the temporary teeth will only last for that  duration. We'll provide an extra set of teeth at no cost, but any  additional sets will cost $500 each. If you choose to have zirconia  "finals" with us, our lab fee is $8,500 per jaw, but you're free to  obtain them elsewhere if you prefer. To qualify for this life-changing  surgery, you must demonstrate financial hardship by providing last  year's tax returns (with your Social Security number blocked out). We've  experienced too many cases of financially stable individuals trying to  obtain free work, and we're aiming to restrict this program to those  genuinely in need. Once we receive your pictures and x-rays and  determine that you're eligible for implants with full arch hybrids,  we'll create a file for you.

What to Expect

Our Educational Facility

The whole treatment process takes around 2-3 days. To make sure everything goes smoothly, we ask our patients to arrive in Phoenix,  Arizona, the day before the procedure and stay until it's finished. Our local hotels offer discounts to our patients. Once the surgery is done, you'll be given fixed temporaries that should last for up to a year. After that, you'll need to have finals placed.

Under the guidance of Dr. Broumand, volunteer doctors will perform your implant surgery. Our FREE surgery programs are made possible by the dedication of these specialists who come from all over the world to  train with Dr. Broumand. During your procedure, you will have the benefit of Dr. Broumand's expertise and that of a second surgeon who will work alongside him.
